By accessing the patient’s records, healthcare providers can review past medications, treatment details, and prescriptions given during earlier visits. This helps in maintaining accurate medical records and supports better clinical decision-making during future consultations. **

Step 1: Navigate to the Patient Directory.

Step 2 : Choose the patient and click on the patient name.

Step 3 : Click on Past Visit and select the date to view the consultation details.

Notes:

The Past Visit section shows all previous consultations of the patient.

Select the required date to review the prescription and visit details.

This helps in checking the patient’s treatment history and medications prescribed earlier.
