How to See Historical Data on Investigation?

Overview


**The Historical Data in Investigation feature allows doctors to view previous investigation or lab results recorded for the patient. This helps doctors compare past and current reports and track the patient’s health progress over time. **


Description


To view the historical data for investigations, navigate to the Visit Pad of the patient and open the Investigation section. In this section, select the Historical Data option available near the investigation field.
Clicking on this option will display the previous investigation results recorded for the patient. Doctors can review these past results to compare with the current investigation and make informed medical decisions.


Step 1 : Go to the Visit Pad of the patient.


Step 2: Go to the Lab Result section and click on see historical data


Step 3: This is how the Historical Test Results are displayed, showing both Latest Readings and All Readings for easy comparison.

  • **The results will be segregated into ****Latest Readings and All Readings.**
