How to send a previous prescription through WhatsApp or print it?

This feature allows users to access previously generated prescriptions and either share them via WhatsApp or print them for the patient. It ensures easy access and quick sharing of medical records.


Description:


To send or print a previous prescription, go to the Patient Directory and select the required patient. Navigate to the Past Visits or Medical Records section where all previous prescriptions are stored.
Select the relevant visit or prescription you want to share. Open the prescription, and you will find options such as Share, WhatsApp, or Print.

  • Click on WhatsApp to send the prescription directly to the patient’s registered number.
  • Click on Print to generate a physical copy of the prescription.

**Ensure the patient’s contact number is correctly updated before sending via WhatsApp. **

Step 1: Click on the Patient Directory and select the required patient.** **


Step 2: Click on Past Visits to view all previous visits.


  • Go to Past Visits.
  • Select the required visit date.
  • View the prescription details.
  • Click Send SMS/WhatsApp to share or Print to provide a hard copy.
