How to Enable and Set Vaccination Reminders from Rx Pad

Overview:

This article explains how to enable vaccination reminders and schedule them for patients directly from the Rx Pad. It ensures timely notifications are sent to patients and helps doctors track due vaccines, which are also reflected on the prescription for better continuity of care.

Step 1: Add and check-in the patient. Click on Rx write option to start writing the prescription.

Step 2: Open the Vaccination section from the top of the Rx Pad.

Step 3: Click on “Set Vaccination Reminder” at the bottom of the screen.

Step 4: Add the details of the upcoming vaccinations.

Step 5: Save to schedule the vaccination reminder and continue to prescription.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

If a vaccination is scheduled for today, the reminder will be automatically sent one day prior at 8:30 PM.
Ensure Vaccination Reminder is turned ON from Message Configuration
