Overview

Doctors can easily share prescriptions using their personal WhatsApp directly from the platform. This helps in quickly sending prescriptions to patients without relying on staff.


Steps to Share Prescription


Step 1: Click on RX Write to begin the consultation.






Step 2: Add all required patient details and prescription notes.






Step 3: Click on Finish Prescription once completed.






Step 4: Select the WhatsApp option.On the left-hand side panel, click on Share.






Step 5: You will be redirected to a new tab. Open your personal WhatsApp and share the prescription with the patient.






Important Notes


  • Ensure all prescription details are completed before clicking Finish Prescription.
  • WhatsApp sharing opens in a new tab—make sure your WhatsApp Web is logged in.
  • The prescription is shared as a secure link/document.
  • This feature allows doctors to share directly without staff assistance.
