Track Rescheduled or Cancelled Visits for a Specific Day


Overview


You can review appointments that were rescheduled, cancelled, or marked as no-show for any specific date. This helps doctors and staff track scheduling changes and maintain accurate appointment records.


Steps to Track Rescheduled or Cancelled Visits


Step 1: Go to the Queue section from the dashboard.






Step 2: Click on the date selector and choose the date for which you want to review appointment changes.





Step 3: Once the date is selected, navigate to the "Others" section in the queue.


Here you will be able to see appointments that were:

  • Rescheduled
  • Cancelled
  • Marked as No Show



Step 4: Click the actions icon beside the patient visit to change the status to No Show or Cancelled.
