How to view and analyze the Channel Distribution – Appointments report?

The Channel Type Distribution – Appointments report provides a graphical breakdown of appointments based on different booking channels. It helps in identifying how patients are booking appointments (e.g., walk-in, online, doctor, follow-up), enabling better analysis of patient acquisition sources.


Description:


  • Click on the Appointments option.
  • Navigate to the Channel Type Distribution – Appointments section on the dashboard.
  • The graph displays appointment data categorized by different channels such as:Appointments booked by doctorWalk-in appointmentsOffline bookingsFollow-up appointments****Doctor/APF-related bookings (if applicable)
  • Each channel is represented using different colors for easy identification.
  • Analyze the graph to understand:Which channel generates the most appointmentsTrends over time for each booking source****Peak periods for specific channels
Step 1 : Go to Analytics


Step 2 : Click on Appointments to view the channel-type appointment distribution.
