How to view and understand the Diabetes Dashboard?

Overview:

The Diabetes Dashboard provides a summary of key health indicators related to diabetic patients, such as cholesterol control, blood pressure, glycemic levels, and weight management. It helps healthcare providers monitor patient outcomes and track performance metrics over a selected time period.

Description :

To view and understand the Diabetes Dashboard, log in to the system and navigate to the Dashboard section, then select the Diabetes Dashboard from the available options. Once opened, choose the appropriate date range using the filter at the top right corner (for example, Last 6 Months) and click on Apply to load the data. The dashboard will display multiple tiles representing key metrics such as Total Base Type 2 Diabetes, LDL Cholesterol Control Rate, Abdominal Obesity Rate, BP Patients Rate, Glycemic Control Rate, and Weight Control Rate. Each tile shows the corresponding data based on the selected filters. If the data is not available or still loading, it may display a message like “Waiting on database.” You can also use the options menu on each tile for additional actions if available.

Navigation

Step 1 : Go to Analytics

Step 2 : Click on Prescription and go to diabetes

Notes:

  • Ensure the correct date range is selected before applying filters.
  • If data shows “Waiting on database,” it may indicate no available data or a loading delay.
  • Data accuracy depends on proper and complete patient record entries.
  • Refresh the dashboard if metrics do not load correctly.
  • Access to certain dashboard features may vary based on user roles and permissions.
  • Use filters wisely to get meaningful insights from the dashboard.
