How to View Patient Assessment Responses

Overview

Patient assessment responses allow you to review questionnaires previously filled during consultations. This helps you quickly check patient-reported information, revisit past responses, and access structured data collected during visits.

Step 1: Click Patients from the left-hand side panel to open the Patient section.

Step 2: From the patient list, search or select the patient whose assessment responses you want to review.

Step 3: Once the patient details panel opens, navigate to the left-hand menu.

Select Assessment Responses from the patient panel to view all submitted questionnaires.

Step 4: You will see all questionnaires grouped by visit date, allowing you to quickly review previous assessments and responses.
