How to View Recorded Teleconsultation Sessions


Overview:


Doctors can access previously recorded teleconsultation sessions anytime from the patient profile. This helps in reviewing past consultations and maintaining continuity of care.


Steps:


Step 1: On the EkaCare dashboard, go to the Patients section from the left-hand side.






Step 2: Select the patient whose teleconsultation recording you want to view.






Step 3: Once the patient profile opens, go to the right-hand side panel.


  • Click on the Video Call Recordings option.



  • You will be able to view all recorded sessions for that patient.


Important Notes:


  • Recordings are available patient-wise and visit wise, so ensure you select the correct patient and correct visit.
  • You can revisit these recordings anytime for reference.
  • Availability of recordings depends on whether the session was recorded.
