Overview:

The Status Distribution – Appointments report provides a graphical representation of appointment statuses over a selected time period. It helps track how appointments are categorized (e.g., Completed, Ongoing, Checked-in, Booked, Rescheduled, etc.) and gives insights into operational efficiency and patient flow.

Description**:**

1. Open the Status Distribution – Appointments dashboard.
2. Select or review the required date range (if applicable).
3. The graph will display appointment data categorized by different statuses such as:

   • Ongoing
   • Checked-in
   • Booked
   • Completed without Prescription
   • Rescheduled
4. Each status is represented with a different color for easy identification.
