Inactive Plans refer to treatment or package plans that are automatically marked inactive if there is no activity for 30 days. This helps in identifying plans that are no longer in use or have been discontinued.

  • In the treatment packages/plan section, the system tracks activity such as:
    • Appointments
    • Consultations
    • Billing or usage related to the plan
  • If a plan shows no activity for 30 consecutive days, it is automatically categorized as an Inactive Plan
  • These inactive plans are still available in the system but are:
    • Separated from active plans
    • Used mainly for reference, reporting, or historical tracking

Step 1 : Go to Analytics


Step 2 : Click on Analytics and navigate to the Inactive Plans section.

  • Inactive Plans are shown when there is no activity for 30 days
  • Activity includes appointments, consultations, and billing
  • Helps in identifying unused or paused treatment plans
  • These plans are kept for reference and reporting purposes
  • Does not affect active workflows unless reactivated
