Navigation


Step 1: Navigate to the patient’s Visit Pad.


Step 2: Go to Configure Your Pad.


Step 3: Enable the Menstrual History Form.


Step 4: Once the feature is enabled, enter the details based on the consultation.


  • Married Life (years):

Captures the duration of the patient’s married life, which may be relevant for fertility assessment.

  • EDD (Expected Date of Delivery):

Displays or selects the estimated delivery date for pregnant patients, crucial for tracking pregnancy progress.

  • Last Child Birth:

Records the date of the patient’s most recent delivery, helping assess birth intervals.

  • Mode of Delivery:

Specifies how the last delivery occurred (e.g., normal delivery, C-section), important for future pregnancy planning.

  • Birth Outcome / Condition:

Captures the result of previous pregnancies (e.g., live birth, stillbirth, complications).
