Overview


The Lab Test Analytics Dashboard provides a comprehensive view of the laboratory tests prescribed to patients. It helps healthcare providers understand the most frequently prescribed lab tests and analyze patient demographics through visual charts and summary tables.


Description


  • Access the Analytics Section

Start by navigating to the Analytics module from the left-side menu of the dashboard. This section contains various analytical reports related to patient records, prescriptions, and clinical data.


  • Open the Prescription Analytics

Within the Analytics menu, locate and click on the Prescription category. This section contains different analytics dashboards related to prescription activities such as drugs, symptoms, diagnosis, and lab tests.


  • Select the Lab Test Option

Under the Prescription analytics options, click on Lab Test. This will open the Lab Test Analytics Dashboard, where all the lab test-related data is displayed.


  • Apply Filters if Required

At the top of the dashboard, you can use filters such as Doctor Name and Clinic Name to refine the data and view lab test information for a specific doctor or clinic.


  • Choose the Date Range

Use the date range selector available at the top-right corner to analyze lab test data for a specific time period (e.g., last 30 days, last 6 months, or a custom date range).


  • Analyze the Dashboard Information

Once the filters are applied, review the dashboard sections such as Top Lab Test, Lab Test Summary, Gender Distribution, Age Distribution, and the Patient List to understand lab test trends and patient demographics.


Navigation (Simple Steps)


Step 1: Go to the Analytics section from the left-side menu.


Step 2 : Select Lab Test to open the Lab Test Analytics Dashboard.


  • The Top Lab Test section highlights the most commonly prescribed lab test, helping identify frequently requested diagnostic tests.
  • The Lab Test Summary table lists different lab tests along with the total number of prescriptions for each test.
  • The Gender Distribution – Lab Test donut chart shows the distribution of lab test prescriptions based on patient gender.
  • The Age Distribution – Lab Test donut chart provides insights into which age groups are undergoing specific lab tests.
  • The Patient List – Lab Test section displays detailed information such as date, doctor name, clinic name, patient details, and prescribed lab tests.
