What is the Paymode Wise Raw Report and where can we find it?

Overview

The Paymode Wise Raw Report is available in the Reports/Analytics section and provides a detailed, transaction-level view of payments categorized by different payment modes such as cash, card, UPI, or online.

Description

The Paymode Wise Raw Report displays individual payment records along with their respective payment modes. Users can navigate to the Reports or Analytics module, select the Paymode Wise Raw Report, and apply filters like date range, location, or service type to view the data.
This report includes:

Transaction-level payment details
Payment mode classification (Cash, Card, UPI, etc.)
Amount collected per transaction
Date and time of payments

Step 1 : Go to Analytics

Step 2 : Click on Payment Report to view the payment-wise report

Notes

You will see the payment-wise data under the Payment Report
Data is categorized based on different payment modes (Cash, Card, UPI, etc.)
Apply date filters to view specific records
To download the data, click on the three dots (top-right corner)
Select Download to save the report
