Where can we see how many agents have logged in to the software?

Agent login details are available in the User Activity / Login Activity (Audit Logs) section, where you can track how many agents have logged in and their login history.


🧾 Detailed Description


To check how many agents have logged in to the software:

  • Go to the Analytics / Reports section from the dashboard
  • Navigate to User Activity or Login Activity (Audit Logs)

In this section, you will get a detailed view of login information:

  • A list of all users/agents who have logged in
  • Login date and time for each session
  • Ability to identify how many unique agents have accessed the system


Navigation


Step 1 : Go to My Account


Step 2 : Click on Home and view the Logged in Today section.


  • The Logged in Today section shows the number of agents who have accessed the system on the current day
  • Helps in quickly identifying daily active users
  • Provides a snapshot of real-time system usage
  • Useful for monitoring team activity on a daily basis
