The Daily Payment Report can be found in the Reports/Analytics section of the system. It provides a summary of all payments collected within a specific day, helping track daily revenue and transactions.

Description

The Daily Payment Report displays detailed information about payments received on a particular date, including consultation fees, services, and other charges. Users can navigate to the Reports or Analytics module, select the Daily Payment Report, and apply date filters to view the required data.
This report helps in :

• Monitoring daily collections
• Tracking payment methods (cash, card, online, etc.)
• Ensuring financial transparency and accuracy

It is useful for doctors, admin staff, and management to review daily financial performance and maintain proper records.

Notes

• You will see the data under the Daily Payment Overview
• To download the data, go to the top-right corner
• Click on the menu option
• Select Download to view and save the data
