Where to view ABHA records and request ABHA records?

View ABHA records and request records

Overview:

Doctors can view and request a patient’s ABHA-linked medical records directly from the patient profile, ensuring easy access to past health data for better consultation.

Steps:

Step 1: Go to Patient section from the left-hand panel

Step 2: Select the required patient

Step 3: On the left-hand side, click on ABHA Records (visible only for ABHA-registered patients)

You can View available records

Step 4: Click on Request Medical Records to fetch additional records

Important Notes:

ABHA Records option is visible only if the patient is ABHA-registered
Internet connectivity is required to fetch records
Requested records may take some time to reflect based on availability
