Why is the “Limit reached for seats” error displayed?
Overview:
** The “Limit Reached for Seats” error is displayed when the number of active user logins exceeds the available seats assigned to the clinic/account.**
Description:
**Seats control the number of users who can actively access the software at the same time. When all allocated seats are already in use by logged-in users, the system restricts additional login **
attempts and displays the “Limit Reached for Seats” error. This restriction helps manage user access based on the assigned seat capacity of the account. To allow another user to log in, an existing active session must be logged out or additional seats must be added to the account.

Notes:
- Seats are based on concurrent active logins.
- The error appears when all available seats are occupied.
- Seat allocation is based on daily active logins. Once all available seats are utilized for the day, additional users will not be able to log in for the remainder of the day, even if an active user logs out.
- Additional seats can be added if more simultaneous logins are required.
- Seat details can be checked under the Manage Seats section.
