This guide explains how to log in to the Eka Care mobile app.



📲 Step 1 — Download & Open the App



  1. Go to Google Play Store (Android) or Apple App Store (iPhone).
  2. Search for “Eka Doc” and install the app.
  3. Tap the Eka Doc app icon to open it.


Step 2 — Choose the Login Method



  1. Continue with Google:

Click “Continue with Google” and select your signed-in Google account.

  1. Continue with Apple:

Click “Continue with Apple”, enter your Apple ID credentials, and proceed.

  1. Username & Password:

Enter the username and password created during sign-up, then click “Sign In.”

  1. OTP Login (Mobile Number or Email):

Enter your registered mobile number or email ID, click “Submit,” and verify using the OTP received.




Step 3 : Choose the mobile number


On the login screen, enter the mobile number linked to your Eka Care account.



Step 4 : Choose the workspace


Select the appropriate workspace (clinic/hospital profile) you want to access, if multiple workspaces are linked to your account.
