If you are facing issues during login or sign-up:


On the login page, look at the bottom-left corner of the screen.

If you are already logged into the EkaCare Dashboard:


Locate the Chat Support option in the bottom-left corner.


  • Enter Your Query - Type your concern and submit your contact number if required.
  • Our support team will respond and assist you.

Chat Support is available from: 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM (IST)

If:
