If you face any issues during login, while using the applicatoin, or before signing up, you can easily connect with EkaCare Support through Chat or Phone.

If you are facing issues during login or sign-up:


On the login page, look at the bottom-left corner of the screen.



💬 Contact Support After Login


If you are already logged into the Eka Care Dashboard:


Locate the Chat Support option in the bottom-left corner.


  • Enter Your Query - Type your concern and submit your contact number if required.
  • Our support team will respond and assist you.
