Overview

The Symptoms Dashboard in Analytics provides insights into the most commonly recorded patient symptoms within your clinic. It helps doctors and admins understand symptom trends, analyze patient demographics, and review symptom data linked to specific visits. This information can support better clinical decisions and help identify recurring health patterns among patients.

Steps to Access the Symptoms Dashboard

Step 1: From the Eka Care Dashboard, click Analytics.

Step 2: Go to the Prescription section in the left sidebar.

Click Symptoms.

You will now be able to view the Symptoms Dashboard, which displays symptom trends and related analytics.

Key Sections in the Symptoms Dashboard

1. Top Symptoms

Displays the most frequently recorded symptoms within the selected time period.

2. Symptoms Summary

Shows a list of symptoms along with the total number of patients who reported each symptom.

3. Age Distribution – Symptoms

A visual chart showing which age groups most commonly report specific symptoms.

4. Gender Distribution – Symptoms

Displays symptom distribution across different genders, helping identify patterns.

5. Patient List – Symptoms

Important Note

If the admin wants to restrict access to this data for staff or other users, they can configure permissions using ACL (Access Control List).
