Add and Manage Vaccination Details
Overview
Eka Care allows doctors and staff to record and update patient vaccination details easily.
Vaccination details can be entered in two ways:
- From My OPD → More options (commonly used by staff without opening the consultation pad).
- From the Consultation Pad → Vaccination section (used by doctors during consultation).
Steps to Add Vaccination Details
- From My OPD
- Locate the patient for whom you want to add vaccination details.
- Click on the More (⋯) options next to the patient.


- From the Consultation Pad


- Select the required vaccine and dose.
- Update the status as Given, Due, Patient Refused, or Missed.
- Save the vaccination details.

- Vaccines are displayed based on the IAP schedule, and you can switch to Other Vaccines if needed.
- Each vaccine has multiple dose columns (Dose 1, Dose 2, etc.), allowing the user to select the doses given to the patient.
- After selecting the doses, the vaccination status can be updated as Given, Due, Patient Refused, or Missed.
- Once updated, clicking Continue to Prescription will include the vaccination details in the patient’s prescription.
Once vaccination details are recorded, the vaccination details will be visible on the Prescription pad.
