Here, you can enter and record important health details related to the patient. The system allows you to add information such as Existing Conditions, Current Medications, Family History, Lifestyle Habits, Food or Other Allergies, Drug Allergies, Past Surgical Procedures, Travel History, and Other Medical History.

Once the required details are entered and saved, the information will be stored in the patient’s profile and will be visible in future consultations, helping the doctor quickly review the patient’s medical background and provide better care.
