How to add symptoms and their properties on the prescription pad?

Description

Doctors can add symptoms directly from the prescription pad while consulting patients. Once a symptom is selected or entered, related properties such as duration, severity, frequency, notes, or additional clinical details can also be configured based on the available options in the system.

This feature helps maintain accurate patient records and ensures all relevant symptom-related information is documented properly within the consultation workflow. The added symptom details will be reflected in the patient’s prescription and medical records.

Step 1: Go to the visit pad a Patient

Step 2 : Click on Configure Your Visit Pad of the patient.

Step 2: In the AI-enabled prescription pad, doctors can view the frequently seen symptoms

Step 3: Doctors receive suggestions as they type letters in the symptoms box.

Step 4 : Doctors can add properties associated with the symptoms.
