How to customize the medical history on the prescription pad?

This article will help to customize the medical history on the prescription pad

Step 1: After Check-in, click on Write Rx to begin the consultation.

Step 2: Navigate to **Patient Medical History **

Click on the Configure (⚙️) icon on the top right corner of the Patient Medical History section.

Step 3: Click on "Quick Links" for customising according to condition, drug allergy, other allergy and life style habits.

Step 4: Click on "Select Sections" to add some other fields on Rx pad.

Step 5: Save the Changes to get it reflected on Rx pad.
