How to enable the Growth Chart section and print it on the prescription pad?

Enable Growth Chart in Consultation and Prescription

Overview

The Growth Chart feature helps doctors track a patient’s growth metrics like height and weight over time. Once enabled, it can be used during consultation and printed on the prescription for better monitoring of growth patterns.

✅ Part 1: Enable Growth Chart in Consultation Pad

Step 1: From the Queue screen, click Check-In.

On the My OPD section, click the "Write Rx" button to open the consultation pad.

Step 3: Inside the Pad, click on Configure your Pad (top section).

Go to the Settings tab > Turn ON the toggle to Enable Growth Chart.
Ensure you click Save to apply the changes.

This allows tracking of vital growth metrics over time.

✅ Part 2: Enable Growth Chart for Printing on Prescription

Step 1: Click on your profile name (top right corner).

Select My RX Template.

Step 2: Scroll to Growth Chart Indicators [WHO/IAP] section.

Tick:

✅ Default Layout

✅ Show Charts

(Optional) Print Vitals with Growth Data

Click Save at the bottom.

IMPORTANT NOTES

Growth charts work best when height, weight, and age details are recorded accurately during each visit.
The charts follow WHO/IAP growth standards for better clinical reference.
