Record and Track Child Development Milestones

Overview:

The Milestones tab allows doctors to monitor a child’s development by reviewing age-based milestones and recording their status during consultations.

Steps to Use the Milestones Section:

Step 1: Open the patient consultation using Rx Write.

Step 2: Click on the "Milestones" tab in the consultation screen.

Milestones will appear grouped by age (for example: 3 months, 6 months, 9 months, etc.)

Step 3: Review each milestone listed under the category.

Click Mark Achieved if the child has reached that milestone.

Step 5: Click More (⋮) next to a milestone to access additional options:

Mark under observation – if the milestone is developing but needs monitoring.
Mark delayed – if the milestone has not been achieved within the expected age.
Add notes – to record clinical observations.
Reset milestone – to remove the current status.
Delete – to remove a custom milestone.

Step 6: Use + Add milestone if you want to record additional developmental observations.

Continue the consultation and save the prescription.

Additional Feature

Mark milestones achieved as per age:

This option allows the system to automatically mark milestones based on the child’s current age, helping doctors update records quickly.
