How to send payment link?

Overview

The Payment Link feature allows clinics to send a secure payment request directly to patients. This enables patients to conveniently complete their payments online without visiting the clinic.

Description

To send a payment link, navigate to the patient’s billing and generate the payment request for the required amount. Once the link is created, it can be shared with the patient through SMS, WhatsApp, or other communication channels.

Step 1: Once the patient has checked in, click on the More option.

Step 2: Click on the Bill option.

Step 3: Click on Request Payment.

Step 4: Add the service.

Step 5: Click on Send Payment Link.

Note: To send the payment link, the payment account must be activated first. (please reach out to customer support to activate the payment account)
