Viewing Private Notes for a Patient

Overview

Private Notes allow doctors to record confidential observations or important patient-related information that is meant for internal clinic use only. These notes can be accessed anytime from a patient’s past visit details to support better continuity of care.

Steps to View Private Notes

Step 1: Click on Patients from the left sidebar.

Step 2: Select the specific patient whose private notes you want to view.

Step 3: Click on Past Visits.

Step 4: Select the specific appointment date under which the private notes were added.

Step 5: Click on Notes from the top-right options.

Step 6: In the highlighted section, you will be able to view the private notes you have added.

Important Note

Private Notes are visible only within the clinic’s account and are not shared with patients.
