Customizing Your Prescription Letterhead

This article explains how to upload and customize your prescription letterhead in Eka to ensure professional and consistent prescription formatting.

Step 1: Click on your Name at the top-right corner of the Eka Care dashboard.

Select “My RX Template” from the dropdown menu.

Step 3: Click Upload Letterhead to add your scanned letterhead image.

💡Tip: Use a clear, high-quality image for best print alignment.

Step 4: Crop the image to retain only the header and footer sections.

If you have separate images, use the Header and Footer options available.

Step 5: Customize the font, layout, and sections using the available settings.

Step 6: Use the Preview panel (left side) to verify alignment and clarity before saving.

Click Save to apply the customized letterhead to all future prescriptions.
