How does My Genie help?

Overview

My Genie is a smart memory feature that auto-fills your frequently used inputs (like medicines, doses, notes, etc.) on the Rx Pad. It helps reduce manual entry, improves consistency, and speeds up consultations.

You can fully control what gets saved and auto-filled using Memory Settings.

Step 1: Click on your profile on the right top corner → Click on "My Genie"

Step 2: Click on "Add medicines" on the Top right corner to add frequently used medicines.

Step 3: Add all the required medication details (Eg. Dose, Frequency, Timing, Duration etc. )

Once added Click on "Save" or "Save & add another".

Step 4: To save only specific fields: Click on Memory settings

Turn off fields you don’t want to save → Save.
Now only the selected data gets auto-filled under Medication list on Rx pad.

Step 5: This can be enabled even for other sections like ↦

Symptoms, Diagnosis, Lab investigations, Examination findings, Advices, Lab results, Custom sections, and Auto-Copy to Rx option.
Once the set-up is complete on My Genie, Click on "Save Changes".

Step 6: Check this feature on your Rx pad.
