How to Add Family Members as Related Patients in the System?

The Add Family Members as Related Patients feature allows clinics to link multiple family members under a primary patient profile. This helps maintain organized patient records, makes it easier to manage family consultations, and allows quick access to related patient details within the system.


Description


**To add a family member as a related patient, navigate to the Patient section and open the profile of the primary patient. Locate the Related Patients or Family Members option within the patient **

profile. Once added, the family member will be linked to the primary patient’s profile and can be easily accessed or managed whenever needed.



Step 1: Go to Patients Section.




Step 2: Hover over the patient’s name to view additional options and related details


  • Click Add Related Patient to link a family member to the selected patient’s profile by entering their details and relationship.




Step 4: Select from existing patients list or add a new patient.





Step 5: Enter the relationship details and Save.




Step 6: Once added, click on Done.
  • From the Related Profile section, you can click on Book Slot or Check-In.
