How to use eka scribe feature ?

Step 1 : Click on eka scribe option


Step 2 : Select the preference based on the requirement.


Preference – Quick Overview

You can adjust these settings to make your documentation faster and easier:

Input Language:

  • Choose up to 2 languages you will speak during consultation.

Transcription Language:

  • Select the language in which your notes will be created.

Output Format: (Select any 2)

  • Eka Format – Structured medical format
  • Clinical Notes – Clear and organized notes
  • Transcription – Exact speech converted to text

Mode

  • Consultation – Use during patient interaction
  • Dictation – Use for recording notes without a patient


Model

  • Pro – More accurate, slightly slower
  • Lite – Faster, with good accuracy


Step 3: Click on Next to proceed.


Step 4 : Click Start Recording to begin recording.


Step 5 : Click the red dot to stop recording after the recording is completed.


Step 6 : Click on Copy to EMR Pad to copy the data to the prescription pad.




Step 7 : change output format to see the clinical notes


  • Click “Copy Text to Clipboard” to quickly copy the clinical notes for use anywhere.
  • Change the language (if needed) and click “Finish Prescription” to preview the final prescription and complete the visit.



Note : Voice to Rx enables quick and accurate conversion of speech into structured prescriptions, saving time and improving documentation efficiency.
