At present, Eka Credits are applicable for messaging services. This allows you to have more control over the type of messages you would like to send your patients. This can include Digital Prescriptions, Appointments, Clinic Closures / change in your schedule in addition to festive greetings as well!

More details on Eka credits applied to type of communication are as below -

** Push Notification on Eka Care App : Free

**WhatsApp (WA): Each WhatsApp message will now cost only Rs 0.66. (Note : Standard Cost as charged by WhatsApp : Rs 0.84.)

** SMS: Sending an SMS will now cost only Rs. 0.14

Note: Charges will apply ONLY for the successful delivery of messages, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
