Create Medical Certificate

Log into the doctor portal.

Step 1 - Select the appointment or patient for whom you want to issue a certificate (from the queue).

Step 2 - Click on "More" and look for an option such as “Create Medical Certificate”.

Step 3 - Use a template from the available option or create one of your own by filling the required details

Lets see how to create a medical certificate using the existing templates - Step 4 - Select a template from the available option

Step 5 - Fill in required details in the form.

Step 6 - Review the certificate, click on "Continue".

Step 7 - Print and Download option is available to give to the patient. Click on "Done".
