How to create and send consent form to the patient?

Doctors, ensuring that consent forms are well-designed, easily accessible within the application, and regularly updated to comply with changing regulations is essential. It helps maintain a strong doctor-patient relationship, fosters trust and ensures compliance with legal and ethical standards in handling patient data.


Click on the Create Medical Certificate in the preferences of patient card.



Doctor can make their consent form or edit the available template to send to the patient.



Once the consent form is created, it will be sent to the patient via WhatsApp for e-signing.



Post e-signing, the consent form will be sent to the patient for downloading via WhatsApp.
