Step 1: Once the patient appointment is booked and marked as Checked In, click on More from the specific patient’s card.
Step 2: From the More dropdown, select Create Medical Certificate.Step 2: From the More dropdown, select Create Medical Certificate.
Step 3: You will see the list of preloaded templates for Medical Certificates and Consent Forms.
Step 4: Select the option to create a Medical Fitness Certificate.
Step 5: The template creation form will open.
Step 6: Click on Heading to enter the title of the certificate and add the content in the text area.
Step 7: If you already have a medical certificate format, you can paste the content here.
Step 8: To auto-fill patient details, use the Insert option.
Step 9: The Insert dropdown contains complete information related to both the doctor and patient.
Step 10: Select Name from the Insert option to add the patient’s name in the required section.
Step 11: Similarly, insert details such as Age and Date using the Insert option.
Step 12: Refer to the image below to confirm that the patient details are added correctly.
Step 13: In the same way, add the doctor’s details.
Step 14: Select the required doctor information from the Insert option.
Step 15: Enable Use My Prescription to include the prescription header and footer, then click Create to complete the certificate.
Step 16: A PDF preview will appear on the right side. On the left, you will have options to Print or Download the certificate.
To reuse this certificate for other patients, enter a name under Save as Template.
Step 17: Enter the template name as Medical Fitness Certificate.
Step 18: Click on Save to store the template.
Step 19: The saved template will appear under the selected certificate type.
For Consent Forms, follow the same steps.
Step 20: The next time you create this certificate, all required information will be auto-filled from the saved template.
