How to create Medical Certificate or record.

Step 1 : Go to All Patients Tab and click on the 3 dots or you can choose to do the same from Appointments tab form "More" Option.

Click on "More"

Step 2 : From the drop-down options shown, select Create Medical Certificate

Click on "Create Medical Certificate"

Step 3 : Click on "Make your own" to create a new Discharge summary Certificate template.

Click on "Make your own"
