How can we send bulk SMS to patients on Web?

Overview

The Bulk SMS feature on the web allows clinics to send messages to multiple patients simultaneously. This is useful for sharing important updates such as appointment reminders, health awareness messages, follow-up notifications, or clinic announcements, helping improve patient communication and engagement.

Description

To send Bulk SMS, navigate to the Profile Interface on the web platform and click on the Send Message option. Select the required SMS template and customize the message as per your requirement. Then, choose the patient list to whom the message needs to be sent and proceed to send the SMS. The message will be delivered to all the selected patients simultaneously. 📩

Step 1 : Click on the Profile Interface and select "Send Message" Option.

Step 2 : Click on the "+" option to share Medical information, tips, your lifestyle and many more information.

Step 3 : Choose the template, customize the content, and send the message.

Step 4 : Once customised, click on Done.

Step 5: Successfully you have shared the messages.

Once the message is sent, all selected patients will receive the SMS simultaneously, ensuring quick and effective communication for reminders, updates, or important announcements.
