Sharing Your Eka Profile Link with Patients


Overview


Sharing your Eka profile link makes it easier for patients to view your profile, clinic details, and book appointments. You can quickly share your profile link with patients through WhatsApp directly from your profile or from the Patients section.



Step 1: Click on your profile name at the top-right corner of the screen.




Step 2: Select the Share option to share your profile link.




Step 3: When the WhatsApp page opens, select one of the following options:


  • Click Open WhatsApp if WhatsApp is installed on your PC.
  • Click Continue to WhatsApp Web to share through the browser.





Step 1: Click on Patients from the left sidebar.





Step 2: Click on the Share option to share your profile link.




Step 3: When the WhatsApp page opens, follow the same steps as in Option 1 to share the link.



Important Notes


  • Sharing your profile link allows patients to book appointments and access your clinic information easily.
  • This helps patients quickly find and connect with your practice online.
