How to send bulk messages to the patients?

This Article will help you to understand how to send bulk messages to all your patients.

Step 1: In the Eka Doc App, click on the More option.

Step 2: Click on Send Message

Step 3 : Choose the template

Step 4: Customize the template.

Step 5: Select the patients to send bulk SMS.

Patients will receive the following message as a text message and also in the Eka Care patient app.
