How to migrate patient data?

This guide explains the complete process of migrating existing patient data into the Eka Care tool. Patient migration helps clinics transfer their records from previous software or offline systems into Eka Care quickly and efficiently. In this guide, you will learn the step-by-step process to migrate patient data into the Eka Care tool quickly and accurately.

Note: Excel File Upload Option

Before uploading, ensure that:

The data is organized properly in columns (e.g., Patient Name, Mobile Number, Age/Date of Birth, Gender, Address, etc.).
All mandatory fields are filled correctly.
Mobile numbers are in the correct format.
There are no duplicate entries.
The file is saved in the supported format (usually .xlsx or .csv).

Step 1: Click on the "Doctor’s name" on the top right corner.

Step 2 - Swipe up on the tab screen and click on "Settings and Preferences".

Step 3: On the screen, under Invite Patients, click "Upload" to upload your Excel file.
