The UHID (Unique Health Identification Number) is a unique identifier assigned to each patient within the system. It helps accurately track patient records, avoid duplication, and maintain organized medical history data.

This guide explains how to set up the UHID format for your clinic and how to edit it whenever required, ensuring consistent and efficient patient record management.



Step 1 - Click on the Doctor’s name at the top right.




Step 2 - Swipe up on the tab screen and click on "Settings and Preferences".




Step 3 - Select "UHID Configuration".




Step 4 - Set up the sequence as per your requirement, then click on "Save Changes".




Once the UHID configuration is set, the system will automatically generate a Unique Health ID for every newly registered patient based on the defined format. This ensures consistent patient identification, prevents duplication, and helps maintain well-structured and organized medical records across the platform.
