Overview

Patient Migration allows clinics to transfer existing patient data into the system in bulk instead of adding patients manually one by one. This feature helps save time, reduce manual errors, and ensure a smooth transition from previous software or offline records.

This guide explains the complete process of migrating patients using the system.

If you were using any clinic management software previously, select the relevant option from the list provided on the screen

• HealthPlix – Select this option if you were managing patient records, prescriptions, or appointments using HealthPlix earlier.
• Practo – Choose this if your clinic operations were previously handled through Practo software.
• DocOn – Select this option if you were using DocOn as your earlier practice management system.
• After selecting the appropriate software, proceed to the next step to continue the migration or setup process.

Note: Data Migration Timeline

• Once the migration request is submitted successfully, the data migration process will be initiated by the concerned team.
• The complete migration of your data will be processed within 72 hours (3 working days).
