How appointment reminder works integrated with Whatsapp?

The feature send the patient reminder automatically, If a patient has a followup date added and an appointment is also created once confirmed by the patient.

The reminder whatsapp message -

The whatsapp message will be sent to the patient with the following options:

Yes, I will come

No, I will not be coming

I’ll come at a later date

CASE - I : Patient confirms the visit ✅

As soon as a patient click on “ Yes, I will come”, the visit status will be “Confirmed Visit”

CASE - II : Patient declines the visit ❌

As soon as a patient click on “No, I will not be coming”, the visit status will be “Not Coming” underneath “I am feeling better” (reason send by patient)

CASE - III : Patient holds the Visit ⏱️

As soon as a patient click on “I’ll come at the later date”, the visit status will be “Not Coming” underneath **“I’ll come at the later date” - **
