How to Manage Your Calendar and Availability


Overview

Managing your calendar ensures that patients can book appointments only during the time slots you are available. By updating your availability and blocking unavailable times, you can maintain an organized schedule and avoid booking conflicts.



Steps to Manage Your Calendar


Step 1: Click on your Profile at the top-right of the screen and select “My Availability.”





Step 2 : You will be redirected to the Schedule Manager page where you can manage your schedule.






Step 3: Select the Doctor and Clinic you want to configure.






Step 4: Click + Add Schedule


  • Configure the schedule details in the panel by selecting the time (start and end time), services the doctor will provide, and the days the doctor will be available.




Step 5: Click Save Schedule to confirm. The schedule will appear in the Scheduled Slots list and in the calendar view.


  • You can also configure how the schedule repeats using Weekly or Custom repeat options.





Step 6: Click Manage Services in the top right to add or modify services available for scheduling.





Step 7: The schedule will appear in the Scheduled Slots list and in the calendar view.


  • This can be viewed in Week, Day, or Month view, making it easy to track schedules and check availability at a glance.


  • You can also edit or delete schedules anytime from the Scheduled Slots section.





Step 8: Click on 🚫- Block Calendar icon in the top-left corner to block days or specific time slots when you are unavailable and save the changes.


  • You can block entire days (for leave) or specific time slots based on your availability.





Step 9: Once blocked, those blocked days will be visible directly on the calendar, making it easy to identify unavailable dates.
