How divide the OPD into morning and evening?

Dividing the OPD (Outpatient Department) into morning and evening sessions helps clinics manage patient flow more efficiently. It allows the doctor or clinic staff to organize consultation timings, reduce waiting time, and clearly schedule appointments based on different working hours of the day.

Description

To divide the OPD into morning and evening sessions, navigate to the Clinic Timings or Schedule Settings section in the system. Configure the consultation timings by creating separate time slots for the morning session (for example, 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM) and the evening session (for example, 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM). After defining these slots, save the schedule. Once updated, the system will allow appointments and queue management to be organized according to the selected morning or evening OPD timings.

Step 1 : Choose profile and click on my availability.

Step 2 : Click on edit icon for the particular day to edit the day into morning and evening by slot for OPD.

Once the morning and evening OPD timings are configured, the system will automatically organize appointments and patient queues according to the defined schedule, ensuring smoother clinic operations and better time management.
