How to Enable Teleconsultation Bookings for Patients?

Setting Up Teleconsultation Service in Your Calendar



Overview


Setting up a Teleconsultation service in your calendar allows patients to book online consultations with you remotely. Once the teleconsultation service is added to your availability, patients can easily schedule virtual appointments through your profile.



Step 1 : Click on your Profile at the top of the screen and select “My Availability.”




Step 2: Click on the Services option at the top of the page.





Step 2 : Click on the “+ Create New Service” button on the top-right corner to add a new service.




Step 3: Enter the Service Name


Type the service name (for example: Teleconsultation or Online Video Consultation).




Step 4: Choose Video as the consultation type to enable teleconsultation.




Step 5: Add Service Details


Enter the consultation fee and add any required preferences for the service and Save.





Step 6: After creating the service, it will be listed under the Services section.




You can then add this service to your calendar availability slots so patients can book teleconsultation appointments.





Patients will be able to book online video consultations through your profile or booking link once the service is added to your availability.


Important Notes


  • To receive prepaid appointment bookings, please contact Customer Support to get your account activated from the backend for payments.
  • Consultation payments are credited the next day post 9:00 AM.
