The Sort Queue feature helps doctors and clinic staff organize the patient list in the My OPD section based on specific criteria.

By using sorting options, doctors can prioritize patients based on waiting time, appointment time, or token number, ensuring a smoother and more structured consultation flow.

Why This is Useful

Sorting the queue helps:

Quickly identify patients who have been waiting longer
Follow appointment schedules more efficiently
Maintain proper token order
Reduce confusion during busy consultation hours

This allows doctors to manage patient flow effectively and focus more on consultations rather than queue management.

Steps to Sort the Patient Queue

Step 1: Go to the Queue section in the Eka Care dashboard.

Navigate to My OPD tab on the right side.

Step 3: On the blue strip at the top, click on the Sort icon.

A Sort by menu will appear.

Step 5: Select the sorting option based on your preference.

Important Note

Sorting only changes the way patients are displayed in the queue. It does not affect the actual appointment details or token numbers assigned to patients.
